Upon sending this completed "booking form" to 4 on Varneys in Cape Town, you automatically agree with our reservation / cancellation policy, which is as follows:

**Reservation / Cancellation policy:

• 1 night reservations require full payment upon confirmation.
• Reservations for 2 nights and longer require a 50% deposit.
• Cancellations until 1 month prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 1 month prior to arrival forfeit full deposit unless room(s) can be relet.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival, no show and early departure - full amount of reservation is charged.
• Nights we are able to relet will be refunded. Late arrivals must always be advised.
• Please note that a booking is ONLY valid after we have received the above-mentioned details, after which we will reconfirm all arrangements with you.
  Until then, all bookings will be made on a "first come, first serve" basis.
